thats what they told me...and the automated system says wait 6 weeks from the received date not the mailed in date. I dont even know what the received date is because i didnt put tracking on it. Ive never had to mail in before so i didnt think to do that

ive only called once im going to wait the 6 weeks before i call again i dont want them to flag my account or put me under review or anything because that will just delay it even more

actually ill probably wait 7 weeks only because i dont know when they received it so ill give them a couple extra days to process it since it probably took 3-4 days to get there but hopefully ill get an update by next week im hoping. i just want to know that they got it thats all lol

I mailed mines in 2/1 i put a tracking on it . So it got there 2/5 but everytime i go on wmr its saying no information available .. i don't know whats going on . Am i the only one going through this
