I'm not sure. It changed to your return has been accepted and it is being processed on Monday. Still no refund date. Has anyone been able to speak to a representative?

The reps are complete robotic morons there needs to be sometype of answer that they can give other than the website. Reps like they all go under review I'm like no mines has never said this stupid message but you know broke ass ny state gotta make everyone wait. We need to find out the update schedule for them though

I like many others have received this message. I got it last year but one thing different than this year is last year when calling the self help refund check phone number it didn’t come up, just said I needed to speak with someone. I ended up having to go to the irs and provide more info to just verify it was me. They said they sent a letter but I never received that letter but with a little determination I ended persuading them me to send me a new one and I set up a date to visit my local office. This year my return is atleast showing up in the self help refund phone number . I’d be patience and give it til the end of the month then check back.  Hope this helps some.

I got the message this year and had it for about a week but today it went back to return has been accepted and it’s being processed
