Filed with turbo tax on march 4 for 2021 who do I contact to see what happened?

When and how did you file the 2020 return ?   

Did you accidentally mix the 2020 info with the 2021 info and file a complied return ?

i mailed my taxes on January 31st, got my state refund but nothing from Federal taxes

Well prepare to wait a LONG time ... mailed in returns are taking 6 months to a year to process.
