We filed our taxes, I just got a letter that I owe & I am already on a payment plan from 2014 . what happens now? will I see any of my refund. We are in desperate need it

Sorry to bear bad news, but no, you will not be receiving any of your refund. Even when you are on a payment plan with the IRS, if you are getting a refund, they will take it and put it toward the taxes you owe.
