We did put taxes with h turbo rac2018 we haven’t done them this year yet we lost the card we need it to get stimulus check right

If you have filed a 2018 or a 2019 tax return that includes bank account information you should receive your payment via direct deposit to that account in the next week or so.

If you are saying that you used a TurboTax Card and need a replacement, please use this link to report it lost or stolen.  If you don't know your password or log in, you can use the "lost password link."  TurboTax Card Log in

If you filed a 2018 or 2019 tax return without bank information or with incorrect banking information,  your check will be mailed.

No - if you  have not filed your 2019 taxes, they will use your 2018 tax information to send your stimulus check. If you got your 2018 refund on turbo card, the stimulus check will not be put on that card, but you will be issued a check.  An IRS-issued check will be mailed to taxpayers that received a check printed from their tax professional's office or a debit card issued through Santa Barbara TPG.
