We did not receive our 1st Stimulus payment, but we did receive our 2nd one and the 3rd one has not arrived yet! What do we have to do to get our 1st one?

We did not receive our 1st Stimulus check, which should have been $2,800.00,but everyone that we checked with told us to report it when we did our taxes!

YES,  that is correct...we did NOT receive our 1st Stimulus check and we were told to file for it when we did our taxes, so hopefully we will be able to get it now!  However, we DID get our 2nd Stimulus check!  The 3rd one hasn't arrived yet...do you have any idea as to when it may arrive?

Yes, you would declare on your return that you did not get the first payment. People who didn’t receive a first or second EIP or received less than the full amounts may be eligible for the 2020 RRC. They must file a 2020 tax return to claim the credit, even if they don’t usually file a tax return.

When will I get my stimulus check?

The IRS has begun distributing stimulus payments and we expect people could receive their stimulus payments as early as next week (March 17th).

The IRS is sending out Stimulus #3 payments in batches, and will take a few weeks to complete them all.  This one comes to you separately (and automatically), not as part of your 2020 tax refund.  You can check the status here:
