Wage verification

I called my TA today to see if he received my fax of my wage verification letter,

he said “yes I already sent it in” & that was basically all....

my question is what does that exactly mean, who did he send it in too? 

& how long will it take to hear something / get my refund?

He he seemed very rushed to get me off the phone so I did not get the chance to ask him

Are you talking about your Taxpayer Advocate (TA)?

I don't think anyone at TurboTax has that information, as only the Advocate could answer for you.  He's the one affiliated with the IRS.  I'm sorry.  ☹️☹️
