W4 Calculator After Filing

Is it possible for Turbo Tax to calculate my W4 for me AFTER I have already filed my taxes? Is there really no way to calculate a W4 once I've filed? My information is all still there.

I realize that there is a W4 calculator on the web, but I'm hoping that the app can do the legwork of things like estimating my state tax for this year for me.
