W-2c do I amend?

I recently received a W-2c form from my employer after I already filed with Turbo Tax. The only changes were box 5( Medicare wages and tips), 6(Medicare tax withheld) and 12. This however did not change and taxes owed or money returned. Is it still necessary to fill out a 1040-X amended return?

No, you don't need to amend your return if your tax did not change.
