Used H&R Block in to file but haven’t submitted because I couldn’t pay their $500 fee but they still have my paperwork.Can I cancel & get my stuff back & file with y’all?

We digitally signed the forms but they can’t submit the paperwork to the IRS until we’ve paid their tax preparer fees in full. They said they would keep our paperwork with them until we pay so is there a way to just cancel with them and get our paperwork back so we can use TurboTax instead?

Yes, if your taxes have not already been E-filed and Accepted, you can start over and file through TurboTax once you get your tax documents back from H&R Block.
