What do I do if I have a new computer, and old one cannot access past TurboTax forms? How do I proceed to access the information needed to file my 2018 taxes?

Use a thumb drive- copy the turbotax folder from your old computer to the thumb drive then put the thumb drive in your new computer and move the folder to the new computer.

If your folder contains multiple years you may want to move only the 2017 tax subfolder.

If you do not have a thumb drive you could email yourself the file from the folder, document type:

        Turbo Tax 2017 Document

Open your email in your new computer and save the file in a TURBO TAX folder.  This is how I have done it when getting a new PC.
