Unemployment tax changes

I already filed my federal and state taxes prior to the new unemployment tax changes in the last stimulus package. Do I need to amend my my filings for both federal and state?

Do I need to amend my Michigan tax file or will state adjust for the unemployment tax change and send the changed amount?

For federal, you do no need to amend.  IRS will recalculate your taxes and send you the additional refund.  

For Michigan, you would need to amend.  TurboTax program has been updated and you should be able to file an amendment MI-5530.
