Unemployment Credit Amend

Hi. I received an email to login and amend my state return for the above mentioned credit. When i click on amend and go through the steps it says or shows no mention of an unemployment credit. However, my federal and state refund pops up higher than what i filed it at. Im just looking for guidance on this.

like the IRS some states will automatically adjust and send you a refund. others do not follow federal law. still others want an amended return.
