Unable to print my tax return documents

I am using TurboTax 2024 Deluxe edition (for Mac) and I am not able to print my tax return documents. When I click on the “print” button, within the software, a message is displayed saying to wait two to three minutes BUT nothing happens after that message. Please note that my software has been updated with all updates. Please advise… thanks

Call Customer Support......they need to get lots of reports so that they actually work on the problem...seems to be 99% MAC related
