Two different amounts show as refunds

The cover page I get from Turbo Tax shows I have a $3823 refund due however the tax return shows $5140. I live in a state that does not have state taxes.

Did you ask to have part of the refund applied to 2021 estimates taxes?  See Form 1040, line 36.
