I spent three hours today trying to do my taxes using TurboTax. I know I’m an idiot for buying your product, because you just put the junk out there, and hope for the best. I use a Mac, your stupid software crashed and left me with nothing. Let me just say “**bleep** you” to you and your company. May you **bleep**s all rot in hell.

I use a Mac, too, and have had no trouble at all with the download for Premier. You have not mentioned what OS you have---or whether your OS meets the system requirements. You have not mentioned which version of the CD/download you have.
Bearing in mind that many of us who are here trying to help you are volunteers who receive no pay for doing this, perhaps you would like to change your message from telling us all to rot, and give us some details about the problems you are having. Maybe someone will help you.

Dear prissy, stop assuming I’m an idiot and don’t know what I’m doing. I updated my Mac last week and I updated my version of the TurboTax today so it’s very nice that you have a Mac and it ran on your system, but if you actually check around and look at the comments, you will find there plenty that shows that the software has problems. It’s not the user – it’s the software.
Now an answer to your snotty little attitude, let me be honest: if you are stupid enough to volunteer for a highly profitable public company, I don’t want to deal with you. You are obviously too dumb to figure things out.
