If you've confirmed that the bank account number and routing number that you input were correct, and the program still won't accept your entries, you'll need to either use another account, or print and mail your tax return.

check the routing # to use with your bank sometimes there's a different routing number for deposits.

and make sure you don't use the letter "o" instead of zero "0". it must be nine digits.
