TurboTax thinks I'm amending 2024 return after amending 2023 — what should I do?

I filed an extension for my 2024 tax return (current year), and I still have about a week before the deadline.

Recently, I amended my 2023 return using TurboTax Online — that process went smoothly and has already been filed/accepted. However, now when I log back in to continue working on my 2024 return, the interface seems to indicate that I'm amending my 2024 return, which I never intended.

Specifically:

• On one of the 2024 summary pages, there's a header saying "Here's the info for your amended federal return."

• On the left-hand menu under 2024 Taxes, the "Amended return" section is selected.

• Under that, there's an option to "Cancel Amend."

• The normal Tax Tools menu is also there.

I'm confused because I only amended 2023 — not 2024.
Why does it think I'm amending my 2024 return now?
If I click "Cancel Amend," will I lose the 2024 return data I've already been working on?
