Turbotax stealing refunds again?

I received my refund which is roughly $700 shorter than I was supposed to receive. I've already checked the IRS and confirmed no adjustments were made.

I also see that this is the 3rd year that TurboTax and the company they use to send the funds have been accused of stealing from customers. I would like the remainder of my refund back. At this point I'm actively seeking any potential open class action lawsuits because this is unacceptable
