TurboTax says I never replied for a refund advance?

I filed my taxes a couple days ago, I applied for the refund advance. I got prequalified for X amount of money and on the app it was showing me my pre-qualifications and how long it should take. But now in the app, the information is missing TurboTax said I never filled out the application, but I did set up the Credit Karma debit card for the refund. What can I do?

Check your return to make sure it includes a copy of the Refund Advance. If it doesn’t, you possibly didn’t go through all the steps, or you accidentally selected other payment method which will automatically cancel your RA application.
