I’m having a real hard time with getting my card. It’s past the 5-10 business days. I requested a replacement and was confused at why I couldn’t speak with anyone. Called again got through to someone and they told me to call the next day to request it to be expedited and the fee waived. I called today waited 45 mins to talk to someone just for them to tell me I’d have to wait another 5-10 business days for a new card. When I asked about it being expedited and having the fee waived because I never received the card, they told me that they didn’t have any proof that I didn’t receive it. In the agreement it says 5-10 business days, when the money gets deposited the company will take their money back, I would have fulfilled my end of the contract. Why can’t the company fulfill their end of the contract in the Timeline they’ve provided?? This is bad business.

When in the automated system after you put in either your card number or social press 4 for more options. It’ll take you to another menu, press 6 to speak to someone. Just know the wait time is always 45mins-1hour minimum. Good luck
It's been well over past time ...I should have received my turbo taxcard in the mail but still haven't . Has anyone else had same experience. I tried talking to online customer service representative but still didn't get a straight answer 😒
