Is it possible to do an amended federal return and NOT amend the state return. Turbo tax want to charge $45 to do the amendment when I'm not getting a dime back.

If no change in the state return there’s nothing to amend.

TurboTax is adding the amended state return even though I stated "No, I do not want to file". How can I cancel the amended state?
