TurboTax fee processing question.

Hi, Do any of you happen to know once we elect TT to take fee's from our federal refund is there a bank our federal refund goes to from the IRS before it goes to Santa Barbra Bank? Example: My federal refund goes from the IRS to a bank that take's out the fee's TT is owed, than that bank sends my remaining amount to Santa Barbra Bank, than to my account. Is this how it is done or does it go from the IR directly to Santa Barbra? Thanks!
