Turbo Tax says my state file is accept and credit karma says it is rejected

Submitted a couple days ago. Turbo Tax says my state file is accept and credit karma says it is rejected. Federal says accepted both places. Why is there a discrepancy?

Is this in regard to Refund Advance?
