Turbo Tax refund amount incorrect?

When I completed my taxes with Turbo Tax I was informed I would be getting a certain amount returned. However after the deposit was received by my bank it was almost a 1/4 of what I was told. I'm not sure what happened?? But it definitely ruined a lot of financial plans I was intending to use the money for.

How much is missing? A common reason is you claimed the Recovery Rebate Credit on line 30 or too much Child Tax Credit on line 28 but the IRS had already sent it to you.
