Turbo tax marketing emails

Is anyone else receiving the terrible marketing emails from TurboTax stating your refund is on the way with a gif showing a money symbol going between processed and received that also fails to mention anywhere in the email that it’s a marketing email???! If you are receiving that email and especially if you’re not opted into marketing emails please report it to the FTC as a can spam act violation so that turbo tax will be forced to fix their poor marketing. You would think they would have learned there lesson after being sued by the FTC for marketing issues in the past but I guess not.
