Turbo tax charge

I received an email saying my account would be debited on May 7 even though I selected for it to come out of my refund. Why is this happening?

When you signed up for Pay with Refund, you also agreed to let TT takes its fees if your refund was delayed beyond a certain point.  But TT notifies you first.

If the IRS is taking too long to send your refund they will ask you to pay the fees, see step 3 under What happens if the IRS reduces my refund......

If you don't pay they will automatically debit your bank account. Then when the IRS does send your refund they won't take the fees out again And, Why you got charged,
