Every time I try to login or call on phone it says my SSN and Birthday is not correct. I have never had an issue till about a month ago. I dont know what to do. Does anyone had this problem before??

You need to talk to a real person. To do that leave a message on the bank's Facebook page.

It is what I always do and what I have always advised others to do, with Intuit and with other companies. I don't think that is written down anywhere that I can send you a reference too. Green Dot Bank is notoriously hard to contact. Even when you push all the right buttons, the calls end up hanging up on the caller.

But they do an excellent job of monitoring their Facebook page and responding to messages left there. This is also true with AT&T and many other companies. Social media has become a great way to get a real person.
