TT/TPG Issues , IRS issues (03/25/22)

Alright nothing is making sense, no one is being honest. One tells us call the other, the other tells us to call the previous, previous tells us to wait for a check... We do direct deposit. Never had an issue like this. Have gotten ahold of people by waiting for more than an hour only to be told they don't know. 

 

Some sarcastic lady tried to tell me there are posts about it being a technical issue and it was resolved within 24 hours. I still see people asking... makes you think hmm obviously it wasn't resolved. 

 

I've seen H&R also be an issue so..

 

We'll be taking our stuff to JumpingJacksTax after this.

It's pretty plain english dont see how it doesn't make sense if there's a caption and an explanation of what it's been like.

 

Turbo told us to call SBTPG. SBTPG told us to call IRS. IRS said to talk to SBTPG. SBTPG tells us they don't know where our refund is so try IRS again. IRS machines were on so we called SBTPG, who told us to call back in a week. Call in a week to be told they don't know.
