Trying to amend state (MO). Why is turbo tax asking me to enter the date my fed. amended return was filed even though I didn't amend my federal return? What should I do?

I hit amend and it said everything was fine except for one thing that it said I needed to correct. It was left blank by the system and wants me to manually enter it. Should I enter the date I originally filed?

If you are amending the state for the unemployment change then you can enter the original filing date or any other date  prior to today.
