Trying to amend 2017 taxes, tells me to hit 'continue' to e-file, but hitting continue isnt doing anything.

Trying to amend my taxes, downloaded to appropriate software, it is telling me to hit continue to go e-file them, but nothing is happening when I hit continue. Tried contacting the number for support but im just getting the dead line noise.

You can't efile a prior year tax return and you can't efile any amended tax return. You must print and mail all amended returns.

Oh, so their 2017 Amend software tells me to e-file which isnt at all possible. Very good program indeed. Well it doesnt tell me where to send the tax return or anything, know where i can find that information?

You need to include any forms or schedules that changed with the amended return, the form 1040X, and any W-2s or other forms that had federal withholding that were added with the amendment.
