Transcripts reads code 971 request for replacement refund -1400 then 841 refund canceled 1400.... but the info in my acct went from 5600 to 4200

I requested a payment trace months ago with the irs. On my transcripts it reads code 971 request for replacement refund -1400 then 841 refund canceled 1400.... in my account it used to show that i received 5600 in stimulus funds it now reads 4200... am i not going to receive this money. I was issued a paper check but it was damaged ive been trying to get it replaced for over a year
