does anyone know what transcript code 20190405 means? i claimed eic and actc so i have to wait till the middle of the month to check back on the progress of my refund

The first six numbers are the cycle week and the last two numbers correspond with the day of the week. So the fifth day of the fourth week in January is what your transcript number means.
