Why can no one at turbotax get in contact with their 3rd party company? They are withholding refunds. They have my federal and do not have a direct contact nor do they respond to emails. They have put my refund on "hold" without contacting me. Per my bank they haven't even tried to deposit it.

Same situation here. There is zero assistance from Turbo Tax. I guess this is what you can expect from this company.

God.. of course, I didn't think about checking out SBTPG's contact us page (Sarcasm here) and reaching out to them before lurking in this forum for some answer as to why I am not getting my $9400 refund since 2/24, right? No response from by email since 2/24. Every calls result in no clear explanations. Stop wasting people's time by fruitless recommendation. Give the actual solution!!
I and many other customers here sent emails and called. Problem has not been addressed as yall can see. Are you guys not paying attention to these complaints or are you guys acting ignorant?
I emailed the ceo of turbotax... he responded within 10 minutes. I was surprised. I'll update if there is any resolution.
I received my refund today.
