I DID NOT receive my full Federal Tax Refund! 1787.88. When exactly am I suppose to receive the remainder of my refund? I KNOW that it is not the fees because I calculated that as well. I DEFINETLY got robbed and I want the remainder of my money. That whole TPG sounds like a scam and it does not sound right at all. I WANT MY MONEY .

I was shorted by over $3000.00 by TPG. Where is the remaining money?

Please see this Help Article for possible reasons as to why your refund was less than expected.

If you used Refund Transfer, in this public forum, we do not have access to any information regarding refund processing. It would be necessary to contact TPG for additional information. They are one who handles your refund if you elected to pay your fees with your refund. You can also check out this TPG Help Article to check on your refund.
