TPG refund- Less than half than what was predicted.

My tax return was less then half of what I was told it would be from turbo tax and the IRS.  I have called multiple people as well as emailed and still no response.  Not only that I have no offsets so there is no reason turbo tax should have taken over 2,000 from my tax returns. This is beyond horrible service considering I paid them to file my taxes entrusting they would be done correctly.  Is there anything that can be done to fix this problem?

If you used Refund Transfer, in this public forum, we do not have access to any information regarding refund processing. It would be necessary to try contacting TPG for additional information. They are one who handles your refund if you elected to pay your fees with your refund. You can also check out this TPG Help Article to check on your refund.

most likely the IRS changed your return.    you should receive a letter of explanation in a few weeks.

TPG only gets why the IRS sends them and has no way to know if that matches up with your return and thus is not informed of any changed the iRS makes,'

you could try calling the iRS.
