TPG still owes me $3,500 from my tax return from the IRS! At first they blamed the IRS but after speaking with them, it all falls under the company TurboTax uses. If this is not taken care of, I will have no problem taking this to an attorney since so many people are experiencing the same issue. FIX THIS NOW!!!!!!!

Has the IRS confirmed that the extra $3500 refund was actually issued?
Yes they did confirm that $5860 was deposited into the Green whatever bank and the bank is saying only $2,460 was deposited and all I received was a little over $2,200 after all the additional fees from TurboTax was taken out. @SweetieJean
A TurboTax customer service person can get into the Santa Barbara webserver and see the deposit date and amount that was sent to the SBTGP by the IRS. Working with the system on your own will be quicker and cheaper than hiring an attorney. Your retainer will likely be more than the amount of money you are suing for. Anyone can file a lawsuit for anything, but it is not the quick or economical way to resolve an issue.

Really ?? I don't think so.
The representative from the IRS confirmed how much money they deposited into the bank account
