TPG Products Refund

I got my refund from TPG Products and it is substantially smaller than my refund amount when I filed through TurboTax. I was supposed to get over $1,500, but only saw a deposit for $1,200. I checked the IRS website and they said that my refund of $1,571 was sent to my bank. Where did the extra $300 go? I did not consent to have extra fees taken out by TPG.
