Minus TurboTax amount brought our return amount to 1375

We received 946.47

What is going on you need to explain why now or I will report both TurboTax and this other company to the better business bureau and the IRS

Could it for State refund?   Federal and state refunds come separately from different places at different times.  Only the Federal goes though TPG.  

Check the IRS.  Did the IRS send the full amount?  If the IRS adjusted your return they will mail you a letter in a couple weeks.
