Why am I being charged a TPG FEE in the amount of $207 and a turbo tax fee in the amount in the amount of $207. Why am I being charged twice?

Did you choose to have TT fees deducted from your Federal refund? (Remember that if you did that, you also agreed to an extra refund processing fee of $39.99 or $44.99 in CA)
How can I see my TurboTax fees?

What is Refund Processing Service?
Federal took a fee, state took a fee and turbo tax took a few. I did not select anything for TPG to take a fee. Let alone I did not know they were sending me a refund. I need that $207 sent back to me. I refuse to pay $207 twice.
@Ashley_tabannah We cannot see your account information here. We do not know why you think you were charged twice. If you prepared a federal return and a state return, there was a TurboTax fee for each return--federal and state. And if you chose to have your fees deducted from the federal refund you also agreed to pay the third party bank (SBTPG) a refund processing fee of $39.99 (or $44.99 if you are in CA) to take those fees out of your refund and send you the rest.
If you think you were charged more than the amount of using the software to prepare your federal return and using the software to prepare your state return + the refund processing fee, then you need to have a real time conversation with customer service to help you understand what happened or to sort it out.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

I did not select got any additional fees to be taken out. I already got federal, state and the turbo tax fee out. I need the difference sent over.
@Ashley_tabannah Again----no one in the user forum can help you with a billing issue. You have to call customer support.
