Today I saw 2 deposits posted on my account, one for the exact amount for my state taxes and another deposit, $300 less than turbotax said my federal would be. Why?

Two deposits, both say som income tax payments ppd. How do I know if this is all of my refund?  Federal was supposed to be $387 not $80

The IRS will be sending you a letter about the adjustment and/or offset that they made.
