Today, I received a 1099-G from Oregon Department of Revenue for Tax Year 2019. Since it has a $ amount higher than zero, do I need to amend my 2019 taxes and add it?
It does state it is not a bill or notice of an additional refund but it does not say what to do with it if I used standard deduction for my taxes (which I did). What do I do with it?

the question is, did you take standard deduction on your 2018 return?
If so, you can toss that document.

Ok, yes I did.
I will scan it just in case but do nothing more. Thank you.
