I went on February 28,2018 to verify my identity. Why would it take 6-9 weeks to receive my refund?

I don't think my boss paid my taxes so I'm basically screwed. He took the money out if my checks every 2 weeks but never actually paid. Happened to a coworker last year and she was out almost 2500$

Well I just received a 4464c letter today saying I'm under a 60 day review as of March 22nd idk what to think anymore

Cus thats the only way it will take full 60 days and intrest doesnt stop regardless of review they have till april 15th to issue or intrest starts accruing also when did you verify??
