How can I e-file state return or get money back?

TurboTax will not e-file my state tax return. I was finally able to e-fi;e my Federal return, but the program keeps telling me there is software update when I try to send state return. I have done that numerous times, as well as restarting my computer and also uninstalling/reinstalling the software. I want some answers or my money back. Thanks in advance.
