So I checked the Get My Payment option on the irs website for my third Stimulus check. It said My payment was scheduled to be mailed March 26. Also that they were gonna send an additional letter with more information. It is now May 12th and I haven’t received anything. I got my first and second stimulus last year through direct deposit. I also got my taxes from this year and last year through direct deposit. I would also like to add that I changed my address this February 2021 after moving out of my in laws. Only with my in laws address does the “get my payment” work but all my mail is being forwarded to my new address. With all that being said, Why was my stimulus sent through the mail? Should I call the postal service near me? What do you think I should do? If anyone has any clue or is going through the same I’d like to know what you did or would do. Thanks!!

Missing payments must be handled with the IRS.
If the bank account was closed or the bank otherwise returned the direct deposit, the IRS will reissue the payment as a U.S. Treasury check or an EIP Card to the address they have on file.
The 2020 taxes filed should have had the updated address. If the address was not updated, then see: IRS: How do I notify the IRS my address has changed?
