How do I get my third stimulus? I never received it in March.

If you are eligible but did not receive your third stimulus payment, you can claim it on your 2021 tax return as the Recovery Rebate Credit.

In TurboTax Online, to claim the Recovery Rebate credit please do the following:

1. Sign into your account and continue from where you left off
2. Click on Federal in the left-hand column, then on Federal Review on the top of the screen
3. On the next page titled Did you [or your spouse] get a third stimulus payment?, answer Yes or No
4. Follow the interview and answer all questions
5. TurboTax will determine whether you are entitled to any additional stimulus
6. Any stimulus amount remaining due to you will show as a credit on line 30 of your form 1040.

i did claim it on my return and they said they would give it to me and never did. I need to know how to fix that issue

I think you are saying that you have electronically filed your 2021 Federal tax return and the IRS has accepted the tax return. 

If the IRS has reduced your refund, they will be sending you a communication explaining why they reduced the amount of your refund.  Once you know the nature of the problem, you may be able to correct the problem by amending your 2021 Federal tax return.

If you did not receive $1,400 for the third stimulus payment, the IRS may think that you were already issued the third stimulus payment.

At your IRS online account, you can find whether a payment was issued to you that you did not receive.  You can also find this information on your tax transcript.

If you need to trace a payment that the IRS says has been issued to you, mail or fax a completed IRS Form 3911, Taxpayer Statement Regarding Refund.
