The state refund says I owe 4$ before I get my refund but I look at my bank account and it says it’s already been took out… so what do I do now?

Where exactly are you seeing something about owing the state $4, and where -- exactly -- are you seeing an amount for a state refund? You cannot have state tax due and a state refund on the same state tax return. Please explain.
