The refund loan is offered when you file your return.  If she already filed your return, you don't have the option to receive the refund anticipation loan.

While completing your taxes with TurboTax®, you may have the opportunity to apply for a cash advance provided by First Century Bank, N.A. Member FDIC1 on a TurboSM Prepaid Visa® Card issued by Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC. If eligible and approved for the loan, you will receive a no-interest loan equal to a portion of your refund in one of four amounts: $250, $500, $750, or $1,000. This offer is available for a limited time only.
