The amount  withheld is not your refund.

Start by checking your data entry for any typos.

Federal Income Tax Withheld

Add the amounts shown as Federal income tax withheld on your Forms W-2, W-2G, SSA-1099, 1099-R and K-1. If you had Additional Medicare Tax withheld, include the amount shown on Form 8959, line 24, in the total.

Do not add any Medicare or Social Security tax withholdings.

It’s the fed witheld that’s not matching up at the end and my minimum tax to pay is 1,435 dollars I did my calculations and it does not match

Try deleting and re-entering each of your W-2 forms.
But you do not get all of your withholdings back, just the amount (if any) that is in excess of the taxes that you owe.
"my minimum tax to pay is 1,435 dollars"  Please explain what you mean by this.
