The payor of my income is not withholding money so I will need to make estimated tax payments this year. I hear Turbotax has a function for this and can prepare vouchers with the amount for me. How do I access that function?

TurboTax will help you estimate your 2020 income and prepare your vouchers based on your estimates.  The TurboTax FAQ I'm linking below will instruct you.

How do I print estimated tax vouchers for my taxes?

However, if you want to be more specific, you may want to look at the IRS Publication I'm linking below.  There are worksheets in the publication to help you better pinpoint what your estimated tax payments should be.  Additionally, there is a worksheet that you'll need since you'll be considered self-employed.  Here's a link to the publication.
